Inspections, explained

What inspectors most often find

Honest by design

Facts you can check, never guesses.

  • ✓Every fact has a source. Click through to the CMS record it came from, with the release date and when we retrieved it.
  • ✓Missing isn’t “clean”. CMS keeps about three years of inspections. No citations in that window is not the same as a spotless history — we say so.
  • ✓Owners aren’t operators. The company running the home, its chain, its owners and its lenders are shown as separate roles, never lumped together.
How Carefield works
Intelligence report · $25

Choosing a home for a parent? Get the full story first.

We research the inspection history, penalties, staffing, who owns it, the chain behind it and the neighborhood — then a person reviews it before it lands in your inbox.
